We work in-house with your team, at your office. We can use our studio if part of your team need to get away from your office for a day to focus. We can only get to locations within central London or the Guildford area at this time.
Our team includes UX Designers, UI Designers, and Developers. As a unit we can take our hands to almost any tasks in these core disciplines.
Alongside embedding of a UX Designer we can offer additional measurable skills such as recruitment support, up-skilling existing team members, process design, instilling agile methodologies, roadmap and pipeline planning and business critical product decision assistance.
Whatever design-related problems you are facing, we can help.
We will bill monthly in arrears for the contracted time. Payments are due within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice. If you have company billing cycles we can adjust our invoice issue date to align with our deadlines.
To summarise: contracts are for a minimum of 3 months, which convert to rolling 2 month contracts thereafter. Contact us to request full terms.
Cost wise it’s about the same. What you also get is:

Like anything, you get what you pay for. There’s no substitute for someone with over 15 years of industry experience, who has worked on many hundreds of digital projects. The organisational value we can bring in one day should far outweigh what a junior designer can deliver you in a week.
Hiring full-time is expensive and comes with recruitment costs. Hiring designers is hard, and in a world where the average tenure of an in house product/ux/ui designer is under 1 year, it can be hard to retain full-time talent you spend a lot of money to find.
You might find you also need a junior designer to work with us who we can help direct and grow – further investing in your longer term asset. Or we can work with and help lead and entire existing design team, or help you grow one. Whatever delivers the most value to your business.
We’ll work together to figure out what works best for us both. We suggest avoiding Mondays as this is when most bank holidays will land.
